Russ was here incredibly quickly, figured out our issue, coordinated with U-Haul on what to do to get it fixed, and even let us borrow a couple of tools for an unrelated issue. They have helped a couple times but this time takes the cake! My car wouldn't start after a really long day at work... was already such a bad day! Then I think I'm saved when 5 different guys come from nowhere and attempt to jump me using a box and then a truck but nothing worked! Then Russ at Roadside PDQ shows up and what seems like just a moment and has my car running in less than 5 minutes! Thank you again for helping me on a bad day!
